No, cost vary quite a bit club to club.

It's just like Select fees it varies from Club to Club. Depending on club tuition, number of tournament, etc.

Aren't most major clubs all around 3K plus uniforms plus travel exepenses plus cost of extra tournaments (if more than 3 to 5)? Or do they "vary quite a bit" club to club? Since we are talking ECNL, yes the club fees are roughly similar. There may be scholarships, partials etc that will vary slightly club to club and player to player but in my experience it is not dissimilar to D1 in that regards. Same for travel. Figure roughly what you would spend for a top D1 team. I spent less this year in U 14 ECNL than last year in U13. 2 less major out of town showcases. That changes back U15-U17 when there will be three ( one of those has been in DFW anyway). Each club may play in some other event and depending upon the team, Regionals and Nationals are additional travel costs.

Cost this year was less as well for u14. U16s start to get expensive with more national events.
