Some of those scores were closer than I thought they would be but then I heard from a parent that some of the games were only 20 minutes long due to weather. Great job LP girls, way to represent NTX.

Last 5 games: GF - 47; GA - 1

RASE games where 90-10 one way.  Two games were called short because of lightning. Both games were played 20 minutes each total.

RASE had one of those tournaments, the effort was there but the results didn't match ..  77 shots on goals and 0 attempts for opponents.

The only day it didn't rain and sunny, was the championship game which they won 7-0..  Evil or Very Mad

I guess if I was going to have my coach make us pay a bundle to travel out of town prior to dumping a hefty wad of cash for Select I'd want some "close" competition as well...  Evil or Very Mad

Both RASE and DALGLISH asked to be moved up to higher division but were "TOLD" by TD these are the divisions they belonged in and no changes will be done ..  I guess the TD got it correct by a landslide.

Why yes, yes we do.  It helps track which side of attacks best suits us for balance.. Your Coach should invest in the software.

Who tracks it? I've got an app on my iphone thats pretty easy to use and I find it difficult. Problem is I tend to watch my dd a lot away from the ball, so I miss a lot when I'm tracking shots, passes, etc..

Invest in a good one.. About $5 to $10 bucks.. Looks great on iPad, much easier to use.

Like most tourneys we all paid when we registered. Once schedules came out Dalglish tried to play up in silver 03 and RASE tried to play gold 03. TD would not work w us at all. We have played a lot of tourneys and TD's have always worked w us ( as they do w other clubs/ teams) It's just unfortunate they didn't this time.

I wouldn't expect less than your criticism as that's your MO when it comes to LP teams.

Not that it's your concern but I think the kids and parents of all 3 teams had fun.

When a NTX team goes into an out-of-town tournament and blows out the local competition, it benefits all NTX teams.
It gets the rest of us some favorable seeding, and strikes fear into our opponents when we travel.  It helps helps to propogate the fear of NTX teams whenever possible...Twisted Evil

They were watching and questioning "why is this team playing in u10". There were some parents that did questioned our parents.. The explanation was given -- "Go talk to the TD."

From what I understand, RASE tried to play in U11 Gold. But there was already a U10 team in that bracket, local favorite REAL National 03/04. They didn't want to put 2 U10 teams in so nod went to local team. REAL National 03/04 placed 3rd in their bracket and didn't even make the finals. As for Daglish, there just wasn't any other room left. All 5 divisions were 2 brackets of 5 teams each. Nod goes to U11 over a U10.
