Plano traditionally has a larger registration and a higher level of competition.

Arlington is a well run event and will be comprised of APL and PPL-D2&3 teams.

Plano also gets a lot of out of area teams entering.

Done both...Plano is far deeper. Arlington is not a bad tournament. Depending on age group, will generally get a mix of LH, Plano, and Arlington teams. I think a lot of teams enter it as it may be geographically friendlier and one less weekend to spend on the other side of Metroplex. Also, it is generally very well run.

ok - so DL for Plano is 10th for U11 and up -13th for U9-10 (next week)
Arlington DL is 25th

is there a teams accepted list?

I don't think tournament director RH releases the team list early on his events.

Looks like schedules are up and Plano Labor Day continues to grow. Not for sure of a final count but it's a lot.
