Finding Refs for Scrimmage?

Wondering best way/place to get refs for a scrimmage. Also about a reasonable rate to pay them (both if single ref or one of 3). Seems like there would be a lot of teams looking to scrimmage this month of the year.

What area of the metroplex? I referee and depending on what days and location I might be willing to work something out. Can discuss pay etc if location where I can get to. I am in Keller area can easily get to somewhere like Southlake, Grapevine, Hurst/HEB area, North Richland Hills, Coppel, Carrollton (depending on where), Arlington and Mansfield also options. I do have some days where I have goalkeeping sessions but if I dont have those happy to see if I could help
