To the parents and team of the injured NTFC player. Just want to let you all know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all. She took a hard shot to the head. As a coach and parent I hate to see any player go down with an injury. We all hope that she is ok. The game was physical and at times ugly and the ref did neither team any favors but I just want to express my concern for this young lady. May she have a speedy recovery and a successful upcoming year. You all have a great team.

Just saw this. I passed this on to the parent of the player. She's doing a little better. Still a little woozy and you are correct, that was a very hard shot to the head. Scared everyone because she was down for so long. She's back home resting. Thank you again for the concerns. Small soccer community at that!
