Are you expecting a last minute serge in team participation? Tournament needs help!

Zizou, if your dd is not playing in the tournament why do you care? Just posting to play devils advocate with nothing more to do with your time. We are looking forward to the quality of this tournament and all that Andromeda has provided for my dd's!

Each to his own opinion, that's what make social media what it is. Lol.

blah, blah, blah, blah the only substance is where you choose to spend your $600 dollars.

I'll bet you can scrimmage half those teams in your tournament on your club fields you have already paid for for free. But that's just another opinion.

Either a disgruntled parent or from another club.....which is it? I believe in our club. Loyalty! Quality and all substance. Can you say the same! No substance abuse here! Lol!

individual coaches within that club some are great. You loyal to a club ( sucker ) smart ones loyal to the good coaches within the club. You will learn soon enough. Keep paying your money and your DD will play.

Sounds like you and your DD may have some painful lessons ahead if she is playing at a competitive level.

Not specifically referencing the club mentioned, but for the most part all teams at all clubs are loyal to your DD as long as your DD is filling the needs of club and team. On some teams the need is to help win every game/tournament, get promoted, gain recognition and brand equity for the club. In other cases it is to win enough games to keep the team together, pay the coach and the rent, and keep a stable cash inflow.

Neither is right or wrong or better or worse. You as the parent, who needs to keep your DD's best interest in mind above all else, just need to make sure you know which environment your DD is in and make sure it aligns with your DD's goals and needs.

I cringe when I hear the word 'loyalty'.  Compatible self-interest should be the goal.  If you have compatible self-interest, then you shouldn't have to test 'loyalty'.

Just seems like too much money to play mini-games and deal with the worst TD in North Texas

Totally agree... It's been completely downhill at that club since that coach who spoke with the fake British accent left. Right Zizou???
