It's clearly obvious that photo wasn't shot in freezing weather.

22 to be exact. If you're implying men don't mind their adult daughters posing basically nude then you are wrong buddy. There's only one other way to take your comment and I'll leave that one alone for your reputation's sake.

If that is the biggest problem I have with my 22 year old daughter I am doing pretty good.

She's an adult and can make her own decisions. if you're (parent) concerned that she's not making the right decisions at age 22, then the only one concerned with that should be the people that impacted her decision-making most....her parents. but now she's old enough to choose on her own what she wants. can't do nothing about after 18. someone is sounding like a control freak if you want to tell a 22 year old woman what to do and not to do....

Alex Morgan is the real deal. She proved that Saturday. Her SI shoot will only increase her and the WNT's popularity -- much more so than Abbey ever did. Imagine... a girl who a guy would actually want to ask out on a date able to kick ass at the highest level. It's exactly what the sport needed. If we could only find a couple hundred more of them, the WPS would be solvent.

Guess they'll will have to hold out untill our DDs turn pro. cheers cheers cheers

Upon strenous, exhausting review that caused diaphoresis, muscle cramps and grade 2 groin pull, I have come to find that UNFORTUNATELY there is nothing revealing about this photo. Today I will be recovering from this in depth investigation. I do encourage any out there to conduct a follow up investigation if needed. Wet wipes may be needed!

I guess Coachr is insinuating that being a National Team member will cause someones' dd to pose like Alex Morgan in this SI photo shoot.

What a bunch of crap! Being a member of USWNT had nothing to do with that photo. There are over 30 team members, and as far as I know this is the only photo known of this kind.

Why not emulate the other 29-plus?

On another note, not a bad pose at all. I have seen worse in Miami Vice or Burn Notice episodes.

She is a three time Pac 10 all academic honorable mention. So lets see, very smart college graduate, elite professional athlete and a model in the SI swimsuit issue with a tastefully done albiet risque photo. Yeah I would hate for my daughter to turn out like that. Question

Well put - she is most assuredly a first-rate roll model.

And yes, any attractive member of the WNT will get modeling opportunities. Just look at Heather Mitts.

I guess I don't see the issue with this. As far as I can tell everything is covered up, she has a great body (and not because she's eating only a carrot and throwing up every few hours but because she works her tail off for it) and it's pretty tastefully done. Now if this was a spread for Hugh then my opinion would be different but this is nothing.
