LEt her play her own age group for tough games and shine and then let her try out some older age games, she how she does and get a real challenge. This way, she can maintan 100% game time on her own age group and get extra time playing up.

Of course, as I said, this is all about the one or two girls that can do this and the effects on the regular team are an afterthought. As for players 14, 15 and 16, they probably will not see much time when the girl is gone, I would agree wtih that. Others would simply play more, or they may even get cut to make room for a more impactful player.

I guess hoopsfan didn't get the memo. Moreno is getting the biggest push from the SRSA staff. I guess referring players to other Solar teams was not on the agenda.
