New Coach??? Empty New Coach???

We have a team but need a new coach whats the best way to find one? We are our own independent team with no club affiliation, and even worse we are two hours northwest of the metroplex in Wichita Falls. We need a good coach with a proven track record. Any suggestions????

Solid guy in James Spence with LP based in WF. go to www.liverpoolfcamerica.com and all his contact info is there. Good luck and really one of the best girls coaches and coincidently lives in WF's...

Our Coach is just looking to step down. The team is looking to make a move to someone different. nothing is wrong with the coach we just need a change.

With Spence being connected to liverpool I don't know how that would work out. We really want to stay independent.

I like Spence. It is worth a discussion with him.

The upside of being independent is lower cost and ability to make decisions based on your parents choice. The downside is the teams typically rely on parent coaches (pluses & minuses but more minuses). Either you only have 1 parent willing to coach so no chance of a change regardless of result or parent finally wears out and just walks away leaving you with nothing.

Larger clubs cost more but provide more stability and longevity.
