Based on wins tigeres has a better record than Texans south , not sure why they were ranked lower
And not sure what guest players fcd , and Texans are taking to this tournament but the one who stacks up the most has a greater opportunity in the end
Allegiance may do better against teams that don’t know much about them

I dont think these ranks where done recently they might have ranked them since a couple months ago when the registration deadline passed. For Ex: They have NOKC above Allegiance

They were seeded end of April first of May, as each team coach/manager is asked to submit a seeding form. It also asks for most recent scores, tournaments, finishes, etc.. This tournament really does their homework when it comes to seeding. Obviously its not going to be perfect, but about as good as it gets especially trying to seed these teams without some sort of national ranking. We all know with the younger kids the results can change quickly.

Does anyone have the full list for the official 2009's seeding? It would be interesting to see where all 6 North Texas 09 teams fit.

Not surprising at all results as expected ,
They have been getting used to play lower level competition teams as in next generation , and in iber cup , hopefully this is a wake up call for those parents
What really surprises me is that some of the teams based on scores and results should not be in this tournament. Really lob sided but it will get good past pool play,

I think Tigres solidified themselves as Number 1 this weekend. The game VS. Dribble was game of the tourney....I thought Tigres was going to pull it out....Dribble is an awesome team...I think North Texas definitely showed well.

Are you serious? Besides the obvious of you being a Tigre’s paranormal!
Anyone else want to follow up with a Tigers are now #1? ? This will be good this year- you can play 1 good match out of last 10 and then promote yourself to top team ! Going to have a lot of #1s this year if
we follow this formula ! !
Didn’t realize that losing a close game to a team that won tourney now allows you to call yourself #1 - if in fact that is what ur post is meaning???
Can’t find Dribblers anywhere either!
Looks like NTX did represent though!!

Looks as though they were rocked in bracket play. Then rocked again in the silver quarter finals. Seems this year they should focus on defending. You won’t survive long at the top against a quality opponent giving up goals like they did.

The forum keeps changing the 2nd seed teams name to dribble...,It did it above on the seeding list as well. There is no way you were at the game. If you saw the game, and then saw the 2nd seed team play FCD Academy. You would have seen the Tigres were the only team from North Texas that had a shot against them. It was an awesome game. Tigres almost pulled it out. Please someone else who was there chime in.

The point was did u rally just put Tigres at #1 bases on 1 match - they lost to Dribble?
Also looks like FCD has tough match w TEX South and then had to play Dribble 2 hrs later
Oh - that would take some common sense to figure out

No doubt Tigres have a good team but I personally put them at 1 based on 1 match vs their last 12!
