Ok for next year how many teams get relegated to D1 and how many get relegated to D3.
correct me if I'm wrong. But 1 goes to D1 and 2 go to D3. So only 1 from D3 moves up and 2 from D1 go down to D2. Is this correct.

U14 DI = 9 Teams 1st thru 7th place earn a BYE and remain in DI 8th and 9th place earn a BYE and move to DII

U14 DII = 10 Teams 1st place earns a BYE and will move to DI 2nd thru 8th place earn a BYE and remain in DII 9th and 10th place earn a BYE and move to DIII

Soccer, you are correct in all but D3. There are actually 11 teams in D3 this year thanks to a miscalculation by LH, so there would be one more team that would have to go somewhere.

So I don't have to rack my brain or go to the LH website, does it matter if they are U-15, because that is what this age group will be, correct? Or is the formula generic regardless of the age group they currently are or will be? Additionally, won't teams folding or changing clubs possibly effect these numbers?

Yes, that is correct Ina a mistake by LH has forced me to utter the phrase, " this one goes to eleven".

I assume then that the U14 addendum applies based on the concluding U14 season and therefore only one team will advance from D3 to D2. Wonder why it's not uniform being that in U15 two get to advance?

There will be 2 coming down and 1 going up from d3, so everyone after 5th place will have to requalify. That will set the top as 9 and 10 from d2 and numbers 2-5 as 3, 4, 5, and 6. The other 4 spots come through the QT from what I understand (per current standings) add BOTH FWFC and Rush.
There also may be more than 16 contenders...
If that is the case, the teams will play a second weekend of QT and NOBODY gets in the first weekend. Reset the brackets w the 8 that survive and then top two from each group are in.
I am not sure, but that is what has happened in the past in that scenario. Maybe someone like BWG can confirm. I think I saw this w U15s 2 years ago. Just depends on who signs up to play.

Team #9 D1 goes away starting U15. With high school coming into play the number of teams start to dwindle down. U15-16 there are only 28 teams in LH, U 17 and 19 (they combine 18 and 19) there are only 26.
So with that in mind, the current U14 group will technically lessen by two teams next season in LH, the one from D1 and the extra team they put into D3.
So....that poses the question, with the natural progression of the number of teams dwindling down, what teams are on the bubble of folding?  I've heard of a few that are looking like they will but my sources are secondhand so take that with a grain of salt. Only a few games left so I would expect more chatter about it once the season is done.
