We have a new #1! Congrats FCD! Guess losing KW made team better!
SRSA slipped to #2.
Feet/Kicks #5.
Texans #9
4 teams in the top 10, we'll see if Texans can hold on with some losses at signing.
07 group very deep as there are talented players not on those top 4.

That is funny. I think the rankings are a wee bit inflated for NTX teams. The #1 07 team in the country just got beat 0-2 by a LH D3 06 team yesterday in the PLD Tournament Championship. Even if they were playing up, that shouldn't happen to the #1 team in the country. Looks like that same Sting 06 D3 team tied them a day earlier. Unless the Sting 06 team stacked their tournament roster with Sting Black guest players, the FCD team (and Feet/Bones) will drop pretty quick.

Not sure if they had guest players, but IMO this said Sting team is much better than many of the LH D1 teams. Looks like they are new to LH and have actually beaten some of the D1 teams over the last couple of months..

Jogo...06, What's your point? You are clearly an 06 promoter, how does it benefit your case to call the Silver bracket weak? The Feet/Bones 07 team, which lost to FCD in the semis, has been pummeling a bunch of D1/D2 06 teams in this tournament and throughout the summer. Didn't the Feet/Bones beat the 06 FCD Premier team 6-1 a few weeks back? Is FCD Premier coached by DM not the #2 team at FCD 06?

The silver bracket is weak. Defeeters have been beating LH teams. Those teams are weak too. Defeeters were trophy hunting. Why did they play Gold in AYSES tourney and silver in PLD? They also beat that same FCD 07 team a week or so ago. The good teams are playing in gold and/or prepping for DA and ECNL. Pretty sure the FCD ECNL team is #2 at FCD, they played in the GOLD bracket. Level up.

There was 1 bracket for Ayses no choice of brackets.

The point was not to disparage any team(s), but rather to poke fun at these ranking systems and parents who jump on to beat their chests.
I'm sure FCD 07 is an excellent team, never seen them play.
The Feet 07 team you mention is an excellent team, I have seen them play. I believe they split their 2 games with the FCD 07 team, so how does FCD jump 5 spots over them?
And to jump over 10-15 SoCal teams without ever playing any of them? Just find the whole mess humorous.

It's obvious that the 2 negative talking parents above are representing SRSA...apparently they are hurt that they are no longer in the #1 position. As mentioned, it's just stats on paper. Play your game and let the other NTX teams play there's. Yank, are you really comparing PLD tournament and Ayses? You need to get some perspective on tournaments. PLD used to be one of the top tournaments in the nation. It may have slipped, but it's not even close to the same level as the Ayses tournament.
Not sure what the game looked like a few weeks back, but the FCD vs. Feet game yesterday could have gone either way. There isn't much separation between the two teams, but that's not a knock on either team. They are both really strong teams. Their combined record against the 06 age teams is embarrassingly good.
Not sure it matters, but I am going to assume FCD 06 Premier and ECNL share a bunch of players since they have the same manager and coach. FCD ECNL had a losing record this weekend, in Gold, and Premier got hammered two weeks back by Feet and another 06 team. Maybe FCD's FDL team is their #2.

The 07 FCD and Feet teams could play 20 games and win 10 each. They’re lucky to have each other, and as long as the parents don’t take it too seriously it should be a healthy rivalry going forward.
I’m no longer seeing FCD Youth in the rankings system. I guess their finals loss broke it.

You Solar SRSA parents are funny. You created a new ID, thinking that you could trick us. I can't wait until one of those teams play you...From my understanding, your match between the Kicks/Feet has always been a close one...let's see how long you can squeak by...winning by 1 goal. Also, although 07 FCD appears to be a new team, my understanding is the last time they played you, they came out on top.

Now what was it about my comment that made you think my DD didn’t play for FCD or Feet? There was no malice in it. All I know about SRSA right now is that their two best players left. I wasn’t really even sure what league they would be playing in until the JDL schedule got released.
I created my first ID because I’ve always been a lurker and decided maybe I’d get involved in the forum a little. I didn’t do so sooner because there are far too many toxic commenters on here who would rather get personal than actually talk soccer, evidenced perfectly by your response.

But seriously....the two times FCD and Feet played the games were evenly matched, and they really are lucky to have each other. Until I see SRSA play I just don’t know what kind of shape they’ll be in after losing some players. Maybe those players will still guest play with them. I have no idea.
