I have the software and understand the tier weighting system used for the 01's. For simplicity and given team changes, the movement of players between clubs and clubs changing leagues, I propose to start the FBR fresh - utilizing only data from recent tournaments and going forward with all 02 teams playing in SDL, Primetime (Texas Girls Premier League) and EAL. I think this would cover all of the teams who will seriously contend for Lake Highlands qualification this summer. Let me know if I am excluding a team or league that should be included and I will consider expanding the coverage. The initial tier ranking would be based on past performance and would be adjusted as warranted going forward. Send me a confidential PM if you are interested in participating.
