That is, of course, assuming that FCD cares about its brand and reputation and can find someone to take over your teams.

I believe the coach mentioned above Possibly Has 4 teams. And they're younger teams which means the DOC is just fine with the coach.

You are right that parents are butt hurt, but not for the reason you have implied.  They are because they got conned and ended up on your team.  If you really feel that license doesn’t matter, then why have you tried to get your D license three times and failed the test each time.  The NTSSA knows you’re a fraud.  Just haven’t figured out why FCD hasn’t.

i have been reading a lot of the topics on this site, some of them are good and some of them are just funny. Lots of parents hate to coaches,other teams etc. Some parents need to understand that their girls are still young, saturday game is not world cup, most of the coaches are not that good but they put in time and effort and they sacrifice their family time to spend with your kids. Now on the other hand, i love what i do, i teach what i can and i try to be role model for my players.Parents cant blame coaches, i tell my kids this: You are with me for 3 hours, the rest of that is at your home. How much you put in its how much you are going to gain. If you work just 15 min every day with the ball you will get better touch and ball control. But, i am way of the topic here . You guys have a great weekend, and remember tomorrow game is not world cup lol.

What is there to merge with?

Only things of value are the ECNL spot IF you can keep it, and the DCC fields IF you can keep them.

If you already have an ECNL slot then it is down to DCC fields and about $.10 worth of brand equity.

Solar need coaches.. You bring the flock over then the better coaches can coach the "worth wild" teams and not be stretch thin..
